General Meeting of Shareholders of PJSC «Nikopol Ferroalloy Plant» (NFP), PJSC «Zaporizhia Ferroalloy Plant» (ZZF), PAO «Marganets Ore Mining and Processing Plant» (GOK) and PJSC «Ordzhonikidze GOK» (Ogoki) assigned to the first ten days of June, did not take place.

According to the official information of the Board ZZF, the general meeting of shareholders convened on June 7, 2016, «did not take place in connection with the violation of the terms on the organization of the general meeting and the lack of a legal basis.»

The NFP reported that the scheduled June 10 shareholders’ meeting did not take place due to lack of quorum. «Date of the meeting to be determined after consideration of the supervisory board», — explained in the factory.

In Ogoki and MGOKa also reported that companies meeting convened for June 8 and 9 June, respectively, did not take place. In the MGOKa added that the next meeting to be convened in August.

At meetings of the NFP and ZZF, MGOKa and Ogoki shareholders planned, in particular, to consider the reports on the activities of enterprises in 2013-2015., To take appropriate decisions and to determine the plans for 2016. In addition, the Ogoki meeting scheduled to consider the change of the company name.

Recall that in early May, the Customs Union has imposed anti-dumping duties against Ukrainian origin ferrosilicon manganese. At the same time the vehicle refused entry countervailing duties on the same product.
